We offer furnished office space in the central area of Stockholm with internet connection and possibility to use meeting rooms. Of course you don’t have to worry about buying coffee machine, coffee beans, tea or water – we’ve got it all covered. All details are taken care of and you can focus on your business activities.

Monthly fee includes:

  • A fully furnished private office with workstations (20m²)
  • All overhead costs (internet, electricity etc.)
  • Front desk with secretary service
  • Cleaning
  • Access to kitchen with coffee, tea and mineral water
  • Option to use the big meeting room
  • Access to the office premises 24/7

    • Important information:

    • Renting period is flexible – you can choose if you want to rent the office for 1 month or make the lease contract indefinite.
    • Lease contract can be terminated with a 2-month notice period.
    • After purchasing the product you are contacted to agree on the rent period and conditions.
    • If you rent the office for less than 2 months you have to prepay fee for entire period. If you rent for more than 2 months you are charged once a month.
    • Deposit payment equal to one month’s rent must be paid after signing the lease contract.
