Description

A branch is a detached subunit or department and it’s not a separate juridical unit. In case of establishing a branch, it will also be registered in the Commercial Register during 5-10 days. A foreign company must appoint a managing director for the branch. If the appointed managing director is not a resident of the European Economic Area, a contact person must be appointed.

    • Answer the questions you receive after purchasing the service – they are necessary to prepare the documents
    • We fill out all the necessary forms and prepare the protocol in order to appoint a managing director
    • After the branch is entered to the Commercial Register we will send you company’s registration certificate (in Swedish)

      • Important information:

      • Accounting of the branch has to be compliant with all the local requirements and customs. If you need help with that you can order our accounting service.
      • In order to start a business in Sweden you have to apply for tax registrations.
