Company formation in our Company Formation Portal takes around 15 minutes. It requires you to create an account and fill in information about your company. Your new Estonian company will be registered in 1-2 working days.

Self-service portal is suitable for Estonian e-residents and Estonian ID card holders who want to establish a company with one founder.

    • Sign your application digitally
    • After payment we will send you a confirmation and KYC* form which you need to fill
    • Your company will be registered in 1-2 working days

      • Important information:

      • Only suitable for e-residents and Estonian ID card holders.
      • Suitable for up to one founder.
      • You must have digital signing option available.
      • Company will be registered with deferred monetary share capital contribution. It means you can choose when you pay in your share capital but it must be paid in before you start paying dividends. Minimum share capital for Estonian company is 2500€.
      • You will be directed to another domain to log in to our Company Formation Portal.
        • *KYC – Know Your Client process to satisfy the due diligence measures imposed on us by the EU regulations. Based on our KYC process, we collect, update and store the data from each our client.
