Company formation in notary’s office is fully assisted by iCompany lawyer. In order to register the company remotely, you have to authorize our lawyer to act on your behalf (sign a Power of Attorney).

Our starting package includes everything you need for starting your Estonian company remotely. Your company will be registered within 5 working days after notary’s appointment.

      • Process flow:

      • After the payment fill in the KYC* form that we send you
      • We prepare all necessary documents and book a notary’s appointment
      • You have to authorize our lawyer to act on your behalf (sign a Power of Attorney) in order to complete the company registration process remotely
      • Your company will be registered within 5 working days from signing the registration documents
      • After that you are fully ready to start your business activities and apply for business banking.

        • Contact person and legal address service is periodical which means that it continues automatically after one year.
