Included in the monthly accounting service:

  • Access to an accounting team with international experience
  • Comprehensive accounting software
  • Assistance with submitting your company’s annual Confirmation Statement and any other Companies House forms
  • 60 minutes of bookkeeping service:
    • Uploading bank statements, invoices, and other primary accounting records to the accounting software
    • Transaction reconciliation in the accounting software
    • Preparing payroll calculations and submitting PAYE returns to HMRC
    • Submitting your VAT and PAYE registration to HMRC

      • Available for an extra fee:

      • Coding VAT transactions in the accounting software
      • Consultation on accounting standards and taxation
      • Preparation of management accounts and reports
      • Accounting process design

        • Important information:

        • The minimum monthly fee for accounting service is £75 + VAT. Starting from the second hour, the hourly fee is £35 + VAT and it’s measured at a 15-minute interval.
        • Usually, it’s necessary to order both accounting and bookkeeping services to cover all your company’s needs. We offer both services and they will be consolidated in one invoice.
        • In order to submit declarations on time, all documents must be forwarded to your accountant as soon as possible Delayed declarations will result in a penalty by the tax office.
