Description

The address is necessary for every company in Sweden for as long as the company is registered. Address service is the best solution for non-residents who have started their company in Sweden but don’t have an office here.
Legal address is the official address that can be seen on the Commercial Register and it is publicly available to everyone. All company’s official letters will be sent to this address.

Included in the price:

  • Company’s legal address
  • Company’s administrative address for receiving mail
  • Mail sorting and forwarding by e-mail for up to 10 letters in one month

    • Available for an extra fee:

    If you prefer receiving unopened letters by post, the postal fee and secretary’s time (500 SEK/h) will be added to the price. If your company receives more than 10 letters in one month:
    • 11-50 letters in one month – additional fee 500 SEK
    • 51-100 letters in one month – additional fee 1000 SEK
    • Additional 500 SEK for each 50 letters
      • All special requests are processed with an hourly rate of 500 SEK/h. Additional services will be invoiced separately.

      Process flow:

      • Send us your questions so we could evaluate the volume of the consultation
      • We will send you the price offer and agree on the volume of work
      • Consultation can be done over phone, Skype or sent over in written form

        • Important information:

        • This is a yearly subscription service. The fee for the next year’s period will be issued from your credit card one month prior to the new contact person period.
        • The period of one year starts from the date the service was bought.
