Company formation in notary’s office assisted by iCompany representative. The alternative is to sign the registration documents in the notary in another country and sending the original documents to Latvia by post.

Small capital limited liability company, named sabiedrība ar ierobežotu atbildību or SIA in Latvian, will be registered within 5 business days from filing the documents to the Business Register.

    • Process flow:

    • After the purchase, we prepare the documents based on clients information within 1 working day and e-mail them to the client
    • The client needs to visit notary´s office in their home country (or in Riga) to sign the documents and send the originals by post.
    • In case the documents are not certified in Latvian we need to order certified translation for an extra fee.
    • We file the registration documents with the Business Register. It takes up to 5 working days for the company to be registered.
      • After the company is registered we can suggest a bank the client can turn to open a business account and represent you based on PoA, but we cannot guarantee that the account will be opened, because this decision is made by the sole discretion of the bank.
