Company formation in notary’s office in Vilnius is assisted by iCompany representative.
Limited liability company will be registered within 5 business days from filing the documents to the Business Register.
It is required for the founder to sign company formation documents and to authorize iCompany’s representative to act on their behalf in the notary’s office.

    • Process flow:

    • After the payment, fill in the KYC form that we send you.
    • When the KYC is completed, we will prepare the necessary documents based on your information.
    • Sign and send us the original documents.
    • We will arrange a notary’s appointment and submit the company formation application.
    • Our representative will open a preliminary account for the share capital transfer.
    • Transfer the share capital payment to the company’s preliminary account.
    • After the share capital distribution, we will file the documents to the Business Register. It takes up to 5 business days for the company to be registered.
    • After the company is registered, change the preliminary bank account to a regular current bank account. This step requires personal presence. If needed, our lawyer can accompany you in the bank for an additional fee.
