Company formation in notary’s office is assisted by iCompany lawyer. You can choose to come to Tallinn or authorize our lawyer to act on your behalf. Your company will be registered within 5 working days after notary’s appointment.

It’s suitable for all private persons who want to establish a company with more than one founder.

      • Process flow:

      • Choose services you need (in addition to company formation service you might need legal address, contact person, accounting and/or representation by power of attorney to act on your behalf)
      • After the payment fill in the KYC* form that we send you
      • We prepare all the necessary documents and book a notary’s appointment
      • Additional questions may follow but we help you with all the answers
      • You have to come to the notary’s office or authorize our lawyer to act on your behalf.
      • Your company will be registered within 5 working days from signing the registration documents

        • Important information:

        • Suitable for non-residents and for multiple founders.
        • You can choose if you want to make share capital payment upon registration or register with deferred monetary share capital contribution. Deferred contribution means you can choose when you pay in your share capital but it must be paid in before you start paying dividends. Minimum share capital for Estonian company is 2500€.
          • *KYC – Know Your Client process to satisfy the due diligence measures imposed on us by the EU regulations. Based on our KYC process, we collect, update and store the data from each our client.
