Company formation in our Company Formation Portal takes around 20 minutes. It requires you to create an account and fill in information about your company. Your new UK company will be registered in 1-2 working days.

The self-service portal is suitable for both UK and Non-UK residents that would like to establish a company. You can add shareholders, directors, and company secretary during the registration. If you want one of the shareholders to be a legal entity please contact our sales team and they will be happy to assist you.

Keep in mind that having a local legal address (registered address) is mandatory for every UK company.
It is also a legal requirement for every director, shareholder, and the person with significant control (PSC) to have a UK address. If you want to keep your home address private, you can use our directors address service.
